Yeah!

This is the ****

It screamed for this sticker so i couldnt resist ;)

Also hacked the shizz out of my intake to make the 960TB fit.. it was a real good pile of aluminum on my bench after finishing.. my goodness.. took some length of cigarettes...

Also if you want to make it fit you need to turn the shaft 180° or the desired poti wont fit.. the mountingplate for the 960poti can be unscrewed also.. but thats no problem cause you will clean it before mounting it arent you? so you have to disassemble it anyways...

all in all a real easy mod if you have the right powertools for aluminum... carbidegrinder wont work...

Why you need it? You can't use the stock filter?

my intentention here was to use it right before the rail... ? does this minimize the flow?` i dont know.. it looks cool.. and if it protects the injectors from beeing clogged by stuff from the filter itself `?

Ah i dont know :D

As I am slowly amassing my parts for a similar build, I read through this thread so thanks for the info/display of photos. Nice build btw and good on you!

Quick question though; on your first page of the thread regarding the block used for the build you write that it's a block w/o (without) oil squirters? However looking through the photos of the right side of the block, pls correct me if I'm wrong but, it seems to me that it physically looks like this block has the oil bosses for the squirters... or am I seeing a mirage?

Good build and good work...

Use the stock filter, but put some AN adaptor fittings on it to your desired size?

you know that normal A2-70 stainless steel hardware is at best about as strong as class 8.8? Volvo studs are 10.9 or 12.9, much stronger. Would be a shame to rip the threads out of the cylinder head or just snap a bolt because the bolts stretch too much.

mh.. that looks not so good.. my TTV flywheel after 5000miles and 2 misleaded kickstarts.. :(

can you see the bling ? KL-Racing IC

2008... in the meantime... this is my new engine 4 years ago... wtf.. time runs...

Mh.. i could have done the lambda bung better by myself..

rly close.. but...

bended the 2 cores a little towards the engine after cutting a "rail" into the cover for the edge of the IC...

had to cut the WG bracket a bit to fit the frame

after twisting the core, coldside and IC piping finally its aligned...

but bought a 90° block instead of tube for the return.. might be too less space..

oilcooler... perfect location?

yep... i think so..

i think the trainee welded this... but mainthing is... no leaks..

here you can see how close the WG sits to the frame.. you see upcoming problems here ?

what a picture of misery :( he served me well since 2005 R.I.P. :( !
