Headlights, wipers, radio... all out

So let me set the scene, it's 3am and I finish work, I put some wiper fluid in and get ready to use the wipers to clean the shield. On use, my headlights turn off, my radio shuts off, my wipers wont work.

fuses all seem okay.

dash lights work but only in "parking mode"

high beams work but wont stay on.


I'm going to check if it's the under dash relay for the headlights, but that doesn't explain the other failures. any ideas?
