Driving Light Placement

I got these lights, wanna put them on as soon as possible

Where should I mount them?

Edit: and my personal opinion is don't put them on. It will probably look retarded since your headlights are 5" rounds.

They look like the driving light version. So, they should be mounted above the bumper for best lighting. I would suggest round driving lights if you are going to mount something above the bumper. They have a better pattern imo and also look better.
 
Go with whatever looks good to you. Personally I like the look of rectangular lights under the bumper, even though they are driving lights. Rounds should go above the bumper.

I started with mine too close together:

When I get over my laziness I'll move them back in a little.

I suggest you get a helper to hold them in place while you look at the car from a distance and various angles and decide what you like. If you don't have any friends use a towel over a cardboard box of the right size to hold the lights up about where they should be and then just slide them around until you like them.
 
I'd put the driving lights up as high as possible, like on top of the bumper or in the grill. That gives them more reach. Fogs should be mounted as low as possible at the outside corners of the car and aimed in an X across the car. This gets them under the fog and reduces glare. (Alternatively, you could also aim the fogs out and use them as cornering lights.)

BTW, +1 for round looking better with the headlights.
