Default 140 T5 speedo cable and gear

Looking for solutions to run a cable speedo off of the T5 speedo drive. I know yoshifab makes a cable but its $127. Wondering if there's a more affordable solution.

Also, what drive gears (in the trans) are you running for a 4.10 rear end and a ~25" tall tire?

EDIT: The yoshifab cable isn't for a vintage car at all. It has the single twist end and not a threaded end for the speedo head.

The transmission end of the stock Ford speedo cable plugs right in. At the other end you pull off the Ford speedometer connection and jam the Volvo connector on. This info came with the V8 conversion kit.
This is a link to how I did it on a V8 conversion. I needed both the mechanical and electronic inputs so your job is easier.

I'm bumping this. I'd like to find a cable that is already made and not a cobbled-together combination.

EDIT: I'm an idiot. I'll give them a ring tomorrow and see if they have/can get an end for a 140 speedo head.
