That's the '89, if it's still there. It was a week or two ago.

Speaking of 240 wagons, does anyone local have a use for any
old-old interior parts?

I've got a bunch of stuff from the '75 that is totally in my way.
Nice dark brown vinyl seats that are really too nice to throw
away, but too big to keep.

I don't need them, but I'd suggest keeping the skins if they're nice. Someone would be very happy for them I'm sure.

Yeah, I guess I'll do this.

The seat bases are worth saving too, one day I'll replace my crappy seats (again), and need to make an adapter.

That does look really nice.
Honestly, that's my ideal second car. Good for winter beating and for camping!

I'm pretty sure I've seen that white 245 parked in that neighbourhood. If it is the same one, it is indeed clean, well worth the asking price.

This car is a clean car on the outside and interior! The owner drove me home in it after he purchased my blue 245 m47! It is however rusty underneath and getting rusty near the strut towers I believe it was. He bought my 245 cos this one he has is rusting and so he went bought an almost rust free 245 off of me, otherwise great car.

GT Jordan is coming to town and heading out for some drinks this Wednesday evening!

Time: around 8-830
Where: my guess is either Biercraft on Cambie or Portland Craft on Main
When: Wednesday May 28th,2014

I will update as time goes on

I proposed those options as Jordan is staying in Richmond. I thought it would be easier for him to get back to the hotel. Other thoughts I had were Brassneck at Main and Broadway but suggestions would be great!

Those places are all good. Which are least likely to have big lineups on a Wednesday?

Either I think will be equally busy. Main street has the provides flexibility if we need to check another place out Main with less travel than Cambie IMHO.

Brassneck would be interesting. I've tried to go there a couple of times with little success- they always seem to be closed on the days/times I show up.

Watch the episode of the Simpsons where Lisa plays "little brown jug" repeatedly for Homer. That is the image I get when I fill up a growler from Brassneck.

I think his point was that he hasn't been issued his big-boy pants yet so can't come out for a drink.
