Default Whiteblock flywheels

Could this flywheel be used on a B6284t swap in a 740?

https://www.classicswede.co.uk/White..._17250257.aspx

What are the other options for a RWD Whiteblock swap for a flywheel?

I'm picking up my 350Z CD09 tranny tomorrow and I'm a bit puzzled on the FW/clutch options I will have...

We will try to go with a CD09 BH to block adapter plate but will probably end up with cutting the CD09 bellhousing and welding the Whiteblock one to the tranny...

I will probably start a project thread soon when I have enough parts and pictures in hand.

The flywheel will fit. Pressure plate options are a little limited the the 850R pressure plate.

What sort or torque levels are you looking at. What friction plate options do you have for the gearbox is 240mm?

I'm in the same boat right now. Same B6284t, M90 box. Bought a single mass FW off an 850, thinking of putting an 850R clutch and press plate behind it, or Sachs 707 (Audi S2) plate which seems to be popular as well, it can take some beating.
But with the CD09 your options are quite broad I'd figure. For the 707 pressure plate to fit there needs to be some work to the FW done as well, it would be more logical to modify the Volvo plate to take a CD09 set, right?

I'm hoping for 500+ lbs of torque... I'll probably have a custom clutch disk made by Ottawa Clutch with the CD09 spline. I only need an old CD09 clutch disk so I can grab the middle part... That's what they did for my Getrag clutch disk.

They can also modify a pressure plate to get more clamping force.

In that case I can not see you having any problems with it.
