Default Weird Idle and Turbo issue

Ď83 GLT Turbo. Cold start, starts right up, no problem. Once is starts to warm and hits that second stage it will stall if I donít keep giving it gas. Once itís warmish, if I start to drive, it will lag and feel almost like itís not getting fuel. Weird. Where do I even start? I replaced the IAC valve when it had a ridiculously high idle and it was good for maybe 6 months.

Also, different issue altogether, my turbo will not get over 50% boost no matter how hard I push it. What could that be?

I'm not too sure about the idle issue, as I am chasing my own idle issue too on my 86' 740 Turbo. The boost issue sounds like a leak issue somewhere within the intake/intercooler route, or maybe a wastegate issue.

A high idle could be from a bad coolant temp sensor or its wiring.

Fuel pump is shot. Its been wheezing for quite a while now so assuming the in-tank pump failed awhile ago.
