Looking at options for my B6304 before I pull the trigger....
Has anyone tried the later, single turbo manifold that came on the 2010+ T6 on a B6304?
Could be a nice option with the twin scroll setup that it has..

Figured I'd ask first before trying to grab one at a boneyard

Don't quote me but I think these have both a different bolt pattern and cylinder/port spacing.

I know the t5 found in the c30/v50 etc is shorter front to back than the older motors. The t6 may be the same way.

I hope not though, would make life easy for a virtual, bolt on single turbo.

Agreed, I think the late transverse inline 6 engines have a smaller bore spacing than the older ones, so that they fit in the car sideways. It won't fit.

Here's a stock 960 manifold, and the bolt pattern, port shape, and bore spacing are clearly different.

Yeah figured the spacing might be tighter at the least. Oh well. Would have been nice to have a twin scroll manifold on there.
