Sell my 940 Turbo and get a 960?

If you're going to drop the 940 T for a 960/SV90, get one that has like 40k miles on it. They're still out there and they still sell pretty cheaply. I just saw one sell for $3k with 41k miles on it.

And make sure you don't get one older than 96. Preferably 97 or 98...

Don't give up your baby for something that has 161k on it. You'll be disappointed.
 
I had no idea that there was such a big difference between the 940 and the 960. I just assumed that they were pretty much the same minus the transmission and rear axle.

I have been looking for a nice 940 Turbo wagon for a while now and that is still my number one choice. Glad to hear I can retrofit the later 960/V90 interior to one. WOOT!
 
I miss my 1996 964. High speed cruiser I called it. Quiet. Solid door slam sound. Smooth and powerful and had no problem feeling stable at a buck.
