I would like pics of front bumpers and lips on 9xx's and hopefully the recipe of what those bumpers are made of. ie, 960 top/850r bottom....

This is a stock 960 bumper with an add on lip from Sweden. Unfortunately I don't know the model of the lip...

You can get all the cool stuff overseas. I looked into some of it and in the end the shipping is retarded
 
Bump!

Has anyone managed to fit or at least seen early - 93 850 front bumper lower part below 940 top part?
I've seen complete 93+ bumpers, but not interested in that.

no I haven't seen that one. I've seen the complete 93 like you have. I did some measuring a few months ago and it should work fine.
 
I have a 93 airdam (as well as the fog lights) and have been debating it. The 850 air dam is about 3/4 of an inch too wide. Chop and plastic weld or fiberglass the two pieces together I guess. The contour fits the 940 bumper pretty good.
