Does it screw to the floor brackets? Or does it attach to the remnants of plastic that I threw away?

I have one of those great inventions, but can't use it anymore. :-(

have seats that it won't work with. I want to sell it, so if someone wants one i have got one. no cup holder and tan.

They just bolt onto the p brake cover. I'm going to build my own. Couple pieces of steel and wood. I'd like it to have a hinge to flip up and reveal the cupholder part.
