When you shortened your driveshaft did you have it balanced? Did you put it together in the same orientation as when it was balanced?

T5 vibrational issues

It's an issue with my V8. As I recall my buddy's 99 Mustang GT that got swapped to a T56 also had the same resonance. I think it's just kind of a charactaristic of them. There might be some things that can be done to mask the issue or shift the resonance to a different frequency, but I question whether it can be completely eliminated.
i like the idea of this, but then again i have carpel tunnel.
is there some reason some of you have done away with it?

I have a T5 in my 740 wagon (with 331 V8), and have had no such vibration, however I am using a shortened stock 2 piece driveshaft.
At least, I didn't have this problem, but I haven't driven it except under temporary permit since 2008.
