Default How much to shave off from B234F head for NA build?

So, I am currently building a b234+b230 hybrid for winter daily and I am about to take the cylinder head to machine shop.

I was wondering how much I could shave off the head for daily driven NA build, without enlargening the valve reliefs or adjustable cam gears?

1993 | 245 GL | B230FD - Gonna get sweet 16V Jurbo goodness
1990 | 745 GLT | B234F - CRUSHED
1990 | 744 GL | B200F - SOLD
1998 | 945 Classic | B230FT - Daily

I'm certain the greenbooks call out a limit to cutting on the 8V heads.... but I don't have the books for the B234F. The amount is surprisingly large for the 8V heads as I recall.
