A while back, I made a harness to goto a ISO 10487 stereo for a 1993 240.
I had the dashes out of a 1990 and the 1993, so the harness did away with all the amplifer crap down below and was nice and organized.
I thought the next stereo would be plug and play with a standardized ISO receptacle on the rear of a headunit, but no, its a 16pin Pioneer style.
crap, so much for standards
eBay offers ISO 10487 adapters to most banything, including a ISO 10487 to pioneer so I can plug it in with little hassle.
Question is, they all seem to be in England.
It sucks to wait for it, but I ordered it up because I'm sick of splicing.
Why does it seem that England is the source of all these adaptors?
