Question 944 wiring spoiler

I bought a factory spoiler for my car, and I’m not sure where the wire should go. Does it get clipped on the bottom side of the trunk? And do i just run the wires to the old third brake light inside the car?

944 spoiler wiring (OEM) runs into a plug on the trunk lid lip (LH side), feeds up to the hinge arms, then threads up under the hat shelf to the #3 brake light. I recently pulled the wiring and lamp/lens from a donor.... and chased that wiring all the way. Almost directly above the trunk light switch is the connection point. Just CUT into the harness as close as possible.... it retains both lights with the spoiler as #4 BRAKE.

I can take a pic of the harness if you need to see it......shoot me a PM
