Love the place, the nature is INCREDIBLE!
Isn't Norway the country that does a lot of logging, but plants so many new trees that the amount of forest is actually increasing?

Been looking at this, need to get them bolted togheter

Must take out the bolt and make a new longer that fits through the thermostat and connect with the filter

Made a connection for the watercleaner tank

Made "brakets" for attaching the pump with M6 threads

Cutted out this plates on the plasma..Will be wattlink rotor when its finished

Spotted them togheter and grinded them

Marked and drilled

Seen some people have problems with space on the oilpan, so I cutted the crosssupport

Spotted

Turned the ends for a nice transaction

These plates I dont need anymoore

Grinded away the weldings and removed them

Got the first piece spotted on

And the secondNow it only needs full welding and blasting before I mount the new reinforcmentplate

So you had spacetrouble there also?I dont think the oilpan is touching on my car, but better safe than sorry! And if I some day want to put a 2jz or something in there it can be nice with some extra space

A friend at work helped me make the hole in the wattlinkShould be H7 inside so I dont have the skills to make that..Big guy, 119 kilos and size 49 shoes

Welded the first rotor, will make one for a friend also

Got it in the lathe and made the end straight

He drilled with 24mm drill, finish hole should be 28

Finish insideCould be maximum 20 hundreds over 28 with the H7 measurment, this was 7 hundreds over

Didnt manage to cut it of in the lathe after I welded the rotor, so we cut it with grinder and put it to the fres after

Finish straightend out

Totaly finished after removing some sharp edges..The other one is ready for inside hole

Thanks!
But the work in the lathe was not so nice, should be +21 thousands and not hundreds:p So 7 hundreds is way to much..
I will make a new one first and then make the inside hole on both one evening

Welded this for fluid out

Welded the mounts for the pump..****ed up and got som melting inside the treads:(So welded the hole and drilled new with new treads..As you can see its not in the middle..

Tested the pump

Grinded to mounts I cutted on the plasma some days ago

In the car

Roughfly cutted two pipes..Was really unsure if I should go for one pipe(looks cleaner I think) or two pipes(looks much stronger)
But now I have decided for two

Took of the intake manifold again, will test the engine and try to spot togheter the new intake manifold so I can weld it

Spotted togheter the fillingpipe with correct length

Should be tilted little bit to the back of the car and the tank will go 20mm down

Default Washer pump

Looking great ! The battery is going in the other side in the back?
This is a little late for you and your washer tank to change to an 850 rear wash pump but my 245 pump just failed and i have an 850 one sitting around and am sorting out fittings to use it instead as it was the rear washer pump it has the guts to push lots of water.
Great build!:cheers

YepWill be a homemade batteri mount, have a cool idea for itWill see how it turns out! Will make the same "frame" as that one for the battery to stay on so I will make one more identical, but for the other side
To bad I didnt know that before:(But thanks for letting me know, if there will be a problem with too little power I will rebuild with a 850 pumo

No I didnt..I didnt like the look of it too much..I was thinking about doing a group a style reinforcement, but I decided to make it easyWhant to build some badass ones with adjusteble pipe and spring so I can make it lower without changing the spring pressureIf that was understandable

And thanks alot!!Really cool that you think so!
