S/V/C where to get VADIS for later cars ?

it's my understanding that one can get VADIS (whatever Volvo-something^4 that acronym stands for) from somewhere/somehow. am afraid that the '00 V70R has the potential to continue to need stuff done to it & there's enough technology (as compared to a 240) that it's probably a good idea to have the full, factory story on how to do the trickier things, such as they are.

is there an installable app or a bunch of files or ?? for this sort of thing ?
 
THEre are PIRATEs in the BAY that can help you with your problem.

But, no, I don't know where to get such software as my copy is legitimate.

lol, I'll come right out with it, you need to check piratebay.org. There you can find VADIS, available for download and usage.
 
I guess my copy is legitimate. Got mine from my dealer when they switched to VIDA or whatever. VADIS would all be 'officially' expired now but the values can be changed on the cdinfo.ini file to prolong the expiration date.
