Deves b230 rings

Has anyone replaced Deves rings on a b230 engine?
For some reason both compression rings are the same.
I know the O.E. rings the top compression ring is a full ring, then the bottom compression ring has a step in it.
The Deves pack I got uses the same has anyone run into this? Maybe the set I got is probably mispacked. I just want to make sure. If not I'll just order a set of rings elsewhere.

I got a hold of a rep a Deves. He stated that is correct for that application. Two sets of compression rings instead of a compression and scraper. So I'll give it a try. Guy at Eeuro where I purchased sucked .
