So I was driving around in my 87 740 turbo when I hit a big bump and everything shut down. When out and popped the hood and saw that the positive wire lug had jumped off the terminal. No big deal I thought. Got it back on and went to start the car... no start. Checked for spark, spark is good. Noticed that after cranking I couldnt hear the usual fuel pump whir... The car was running great when it happened so I doubt I could have broken something coincidentally at the same time (unless the sudden loss of power could have fried something?). Maybe I just shook something loose? Im stumped, fuse 1 is ok and thats about all I know. I cant feel the fuel injection relay click when I begin cranking.
Any ideas?
