LS ignition coils

Red wagon has an intermittent misfire on cylinder 3. Looks like the ignition coil on that cylinder is in the process of dying. What brand coils are you all using that are using LS style COP coils? Genuine GM/AC Delco? MSD? Whatever is cheapest at rockauto/pull-a-part?

Im not 100% percent but I think it depends on your ECU set up. if its from a truck you need truck coil packs. Id just run the ac/delco part or whatever is factory.

I’m running genuine GM takeoffs. They’re cheap enough that I have a full set of spares in the toolbox.

FWIW I got a new Genuine GM coil from our chevy dealer. Cost me ~80 bucks.

I’ve been using the Standard motors Products could from rock auto. No issues so far.
