530 head questions

Second post I've seen recently about tapping holes into a head. How do people do this accurately, as in, straight? People just using a hand-held drill and holding their breath??

A couple of these posts got my attention too as I have been thinking of using a K-jet inlet manifold and, as has been said, having the injectors in the head K-jet style would eliminate the need to have bungs welded.
Other than people saying it has been done I have not found any posts from someone that has actually done it.
Are there any drawbacks to Bosch injectors in the head? -too much heat etc??
Anyone here done it?

I've been running mine with EFI injectors in the k-jet holes on a 160 head and B21 manifold for a couple years now. I just put the fat k-jet o-ring on the bottom of the injector. I had to make some riser/adapters that bolt to the k-jet injector holders to retain the fuel rail.
