Potential of evo TD05HR 16g 9.8t Turbo

Anybody know much about this turbo? What?s potential? The compressor outlet is awful small. I think this is considered evo 8? I didn?t get the turbine housing with it. If it?s useable for a hot street turbo I figured I?d rebuild it and throw it on something.
 
Disregard what I said, seems you already know it's a 9.8t. Still take a look at compressor maps

anybody have a build on it? Ive search and know it takes a twin scroll ex. Which looks like with na manifold is pretty doable. Thanks for the link above.
