Default 780 sunroof same as 740?

Same as 740? Or 960?
Stupid hail broke mine out, I know these cars don't share any body or interior parts but I thought I would ask.

780 glass sunroof should fit any 7/9 series car, but if your car had steel sunroof, you supposedly need headliner from car with glass one...

Bah, who needs headliners.

And you would be correct. The difference is so minor, you would never notice it without pulling out a tape measure. They do not interchange.

Even if you swapped a full sunroof assembly and headliner from a 940 to a 740 that had a steel roof?

780 sunroofs swap with nothing.

All 9 series sunroofs are interchangeable.

Probably 7 series too, but I don't know.
