240 E-codes with Headlight leveler

I recently obtained a set of OEM 240 E-codes with the headlight leveler system. I'm looking to install them on my '91 240 but am lost as far as wiring them or if I have everything needed. What all is required to make them work and does anyone have a wiring diagram?

Pages 52-53, it's called beam width control.

Hopefully it came with the dash bezel and control knob. It mounts in one of the 52mm gauge spots.
