How to read isky's camshaft charts?

I'm thinking of turbo-ing my b20, which has the z322 cam. I've read that cams with lots of overlap are bad with forced induction; but my question is: How do i tell overlap from these charts?

"i" think anything over the 268? is going to have some serious overlap which would not be too helpful with the turbo
 
Can you think of an actual value for the overlap limit?
BTW- Possible plans: ditch the 16v stuff and turbo the MS'd B20E with a 60/63 T3.
EDIT: I have 64* overlap.
