242 GT build

My coilovers back from plating. I also had the hub plated and installed new studs and wheel bearings. I was hoping to make more progress on the car. Been crazy busy in the shop lately. I did purchase some parts for the ITB to plum vacuum ports in the intake runners and a vacuum manifold block as well.

How did you handle the thickness of the plating on the bearing seats? Is it thin enough not to affect the fit of the bearings?

Who did you end up going to? I’ve heard lots of good things about M&B but now this is the second bad thing I’ve also heard about them. What alternatives are there?

I have all the vacuum ports drilled and tapped into the intake manifold and added the vacuum manifold block. I actually never installed the horns so I had too see how they will look.

I bolted the header for the first time in a long time. I installed the SS coolant pipe that we are offering for sale very soon. I'll be making a brass hex adapter for oil pressure sensor. I like to offer a couple for sale to people if they would like one. Material should be here soon.

You guys gonna be doing a production run of those headers? That alone might inspire more NA builds.
