![]() https://yoshifab.com/store/240-front...t-inserts.html
I’ve done some research and haven’t found much on these, and emailed YoshiFab but his inbox is full ![]() So, has anyone had any experience with these GAZ strut inserts? From what I can tell they appear to be a great product, but I’d just like to see if anyone has any first hand experience with them. Thanks! |

![]() They are great. You get to specify matching valving for the spring rate you want. Homer, The Full Banana, Mason and myself are running the Gold coilover strut and are all (well Homer, Mason and I at least...Tom has not driven them in anger yet IIRC) blown away at how smooth and well-controlled they are.
One note though: they are a twin tube design so they may overheat with heavy track use. I have been extremely happy with them all the same. https://forums.turbobricks.com/showt...0&page=54#1339 |

![]() Thanks guys! I’ve been eyeing them for awhile now, though sadly not before I had already purchased some Bilstein shocks. Now I’m thinking I should probably just sell those and take a small loss, and buy some GAZ shocks as well as the struts.

![]() I would. The Bilsteins ride like garbage with anything other than factory rate spring rates and lengths.

![]() Do it. Anything else on a street car that you want to handle reasonably well is a waste of time or money.
