Why are the rear wheels not centered in the arches? That's what I think every time I see this photo.

Screw the white four door! I want that flying 242!
Nothing wrong with that, makes it easier to find a used rear door! Its pretty genius though! For 20 years the 240 could use or adapt parts from any year! Find a Car today that you can swap out factory parts through a 20 year production run, and some of those parts even carry over into other models!
Cost cutting at its best, and makes it easier for us enthusiast to personalize the heck out of our old rwd volvos!
