90 240 suction hose size?

90 240 do, looking at adding a crimped splice with a R134A service port but not sure what size to order for the suction hose, i.e the low side hose

Getting ready to finish my ac, this is the last piece of the puzzle

I have installed a new in box OE volvo compressor with has no service ports on the back.

While you're at it, you probably should replace the 27-year old hose with new barrier hose. If you take the fittings to a hydraulic shop, they can crimp new ferrules on your old hose ends with new hose.

If you do that, you can run a little bit longer hose and route it along the firewall as was done on the 240 turbos. That helps get the hose out of the way a little bit better.

Your right about the 27 year old hose, I just decided to take it to a Pirtex 2 blocks from where I work. He's making me a longer hose with the r134a fitting. Thanks for the help guys.
