Default M47 slight grinding

Hello everyone!
My 240 (B230f, NA) has had a slight gear grind in 1st and 2nd since I got it. It only does it when you shift it "quickly". If I plant my foot all the way, and let the revs drop a bit it shifts into gear fine. It's not an ear piercing grind, but it is enough to annoy me! Any idea what I'm looking at here?

Thanks in advance!

Check your clutch adjustment first. If it's smooth when rev matched, but grinding on faster engagement that's the first thing to check.
Check the fluid and level while you are under it too. Low fluid can make for bad shifts.

Grinding on it too long will destroy your synchros.

Right on. I know the trans is full, because we just filled it after putting a new motor in. Took the IPD recommendation of putting in full synthetic 10-40w. So hopefully it's the clutch adjustment!

Yeah I had the same issue and that's all it ended up being for me. So maybe you'll get lucky too.
