Was able to get it up and running, not quite driveable yet but really close. It's going to have to go on the back burner for a month or so. I need to do a build for a friend before I can waste more money on mine.

No IC? Maybo you should look for a watercooled one.. they are very compact..

I've seen similar setups with no intercoolers. Stock merkurs ran no ic with 15psi stock, he coukd always run water / meth or e85. I'm sure it'll be fine I'm sure it won't need a tun of boost to incinerate the tires lol.

Nope, just going to run e85. If I cant meet my horsepower goal I will reconsider, for now just trying to keep it cheap, clean, and simple.

Took it for a quick drive tonight, no tuning, still on 91. Just wanted to make sure nothing fell off and see how it drove. It is so much quieter in the car now I can't believe it. Boost builds pretty quick, I can tell it's going to be fast.

Got my walbro installed tonight and a -8 welded on the pump outlet. Going to run -8 through a bmw kjet filter (has 14mm threads on both sides) and up to the rail. I plan on welding an inlet on either side of the rail it the future but I think I'm just going to plumb it to the stock feed for now. I need to get some e85 in the car and get it into some boost, I can't wait any longer! I did put the 5 pound spring in the gate though so I dont get carried away.

it's the 400lph. It's a great pump for very little price. I've been running one and it's very nice.
