External reverse overdrive for a T5?

Or a sludge pump?

Turn signal fluid transfer pump for a M35A2 Deuce-and-a-half.

BTW, if you still want to know, it is a vacuum pump off of a 1991.5-1995 Cummins. Ebay it- even as a core it is worth a few bucks.
