Anyone know what size it is? I?d like to buy a tap to thread the original hole.

If you're going to use an NPT tap, it will take a 3/4" to do anything.
As soon as i have my turboblock back from the machine shop i will figure out a solution.
I think a sort of 3/4" Thread with the right AN10 Adapter would work fine.

Use the REAL easy button and have them drill/tap it whilst its there.

Well, i honestly did not consider this before.
I think i have to make a call.
To speed things up, i do want a straight 3/4" thread, right?!
