Can these ever be converted back to "normal" road use or once an A-Tractor, always an A-Traktor?

U can convert them back but its not a car that u wanna use over 50 Km/h.
In sweden a a-tractor is a car that u can drive from u are 15 years old ( since 1 okt 2009 u can be 15 , it was 16 )
It have often 2 gearboxes and are locked on all gears from 4-5 on the first and on the second its locked at 1,3-5 so u can say that
u only have 2 gears. Often they are built with stiff rear axel so u dont wanna drive to fast . It lots of regulations about these cars.
 
So God lives on the star Polaris?
