If, the speedometer is the one with the orange needle, then, yes for a 1981-85 non-GLT/non-turbo wagon. If it's square with the white needle, then it's for any 1975-80 245/265.
Here's are some r0,xxx and W numbers for you... r=W, btw. Older cars used the W letter.
r0,585 - 200 km/h metric speedometer for 245 with 185R14 tires
r0,605 - 200 or 220 km/h speedometer for 242/244 or GLT/Turbo 245 with 175R14, 185/70R14, 185/75R14, or 195/60R15 tires stock
r0,960 - 85, 120, or 130 mph 245 speedometer, again with 185R14 stock tire size
r0,980 - 85, 120, or 130 mph 242/244, GLT/Turbo wagon speedometer, for use with 175R, 185/70R, 185/75R14, or 195/60R15 tires
r0,990/W0,990 - 130 mph speedo for 164E, typically used with 175R15 tires
W1,03 - 130 mph speedo for 142/144/145, used with either 165R15 or 175R15 tires.
I don't have the W numbers for the 140/160 series metric speedometers handy.
