When I have to scroll horizontally on a 22" monitor, that's a clue that you should resize the pictures a little bit

Nice pics. Needs less noise.

The o ending is masculine indicating at least one male is being referred to. The a ending is the feminine ending indicating that it's a single female or a group comprised entirely of females.
