Guilty as charged -- it's mine. My father and I were both in attendance at the Stillman meet. He was driving the white '80 242 parked next to mine.

A tech from the local volvo dealership asked my who's car it was, he had owned one just like it before. He was wondering if it was his old car. I did'nt know so I thought I'd post.
Shawn where did you get the car from?

That was a good looking car. I like the stock apperance with subtle add-ons.

Sounds right. I bought the car about 4 1/2 years ago in York from a tech at the local Volvo dealership -- I believe his name was Shane Feeser. He was parting with it because he upgraded to a 244 Turbo. The car has certainly come a long way since then. Tell Shane his old car is in good hands if it is him asking.

Also, ask him if he wants to make some money off the books helping me diagnose/repair a poor running condition. The LH-Jetronic setup on this car doesn't quite seem as bulletproof as the K-Jet on my dad's 242....

Shawn,
This is Shane... the guy you bought your 242 from in York. i saw the car and i thought it looked familliar. Looks very good. Let me know what problems you are having and maybe i can be of some help or get you same answers. I still have the 244 TIC i had when i sold you the car. Did some good engine work to it and now just needs paint.

Let me know.
