Thumbs up Whorin' the new Volvo Yo!!

So, as many of you know, I got this 06' S60 2.5TA from a cousin, who originally got it from my family, when my grandpa lost his license. Only less than 2k on the clock. I belive it has some kind of ipd ecu upgrade, but im not sure about the details-gotta ask my cousin. He barely drove it, as he drives his 99' V70XC instead. Oh well, traded it for the E30, which i never got to really appreciate, as he said he loves old bimmers. Oh well, his loss is my gain!
Me being a Volvo Nut, i was totally happy to get another one. And its a turbo!
I plan on doing stuff to the car as time goes on. Defienatly not gonna neglect the 245, as i love that thing always more than a WWD.

Of course, i'll never stop babying this thing...

or this....

cool car mang, I want to get a new volvo someday as our family's DD. I'm surprised at how boring the instrument cluster is though. I expected more from a new Volvo.

Why???? With the exception of the V70/S60R's instrument cluster, Pretty much every Volvo cluster has been rather simple looking and utilitarian when compared with other car companies. It's kind of a Volvo thing. I've always been kind of blown away that volvo used the same 240 cluster all the way till 93'. Look at the other cars that were out then and compare the clusters. The volvo one is downright archaic when compared to say a 93 BMW or Lexus or Audi.

i love volvos and bmws, but being that i am studying to be a bmw tech, i'd take the e30 over the s60.

the trim is grey, yeah, and the door handles used to be chrome as new, but somehow all eventually were changed to blacks, but then one broke a few months ago, got a chrome one from iPD! I also grabbed 3 chrome ones from the local pnp, and ima install those when i get time soon! I like em WAY MORE!!
and NO the S STICKER WILL STAY ON BOTH CARS!!
those and the tags (not the custom S60 one) ARE ALL I HAVE TO SHOW FROM THE CARS BEING TDS!!!!

No, but a while back, all four Tellus rims were jacked from my XC70, and it was left on cinderblocks. Insurance solved that though.

You should sell it for 20,000 and put it into the wagon.

You could buy Dougs T5R, and still have 12 grand to put into your car. You'd have some sick ass rides.
