Well guys i went out to the track last night.Had alot of fun as always.Upped the boost to 14psi and bypassed the fuel cut as id spike 15 and hit the cut.My tire pressure was messed up.And i was having trouble hooking (open rear) thats why my damn 60 foot is soo bad.The 10.4 was pulled off due to having traction off the line for a change. My 1st try out at the track last month on stock boost was a 11.7 the best i could do.So its a real big improvement over that.Poik was saying i should be able to get 9's out of it as he was able to hit 9's on 12psi.But i think its my tire pressure more then anything.Im break boosting 2500rpm i can bring it up to 3500rpm but thats just gonna give me more wheel spin.Tires are some goodyear all summer tires fairy new tires.
I just wanna know if 9's are really possible due to my garbage 60 foot.Im gonna be going back out there either this coming week or the next. The 10.6 was having wheel spin off the line pretty badly.Mods are in my sig.Boosting 14psi and thats about it.Any tips on what my tire pressure should be at the track would help. ![]() ![]() 10.499=1/4 16.33 10.6= 1/4 16.65 Video of the 10.6 run ^^.

Are you powerbraking to get the boost up? Utterly pointless if you just sit and spin anyhow. Did you try just tromping the gas pedal down when the light goes? Or just try powerbraking with a lot less throttle.
You could probably let a fair amount of air out of the tires before they start to lose traction again. Are you going through the water box? Are you doing a burnout after that? How much of one?

No burn out or anything just going straight to the tree.Yeah i guess if you wanna call it power braking i was doing that to get into boost off the line. And no i did not try stabbing it wot at the track just yet.Ill have to give that a try.

Bad 60ft. You need a locker or some better tires. Heres a link to my last trip to the drags and some times of other cars:

you need to learn how to launch the car with as little wheel ( or no) spin as possible.
