Question clutch upgrade

Ill start off with the "power" plant: b230ft w/ 4speed OD lots of motor upgrades running 10-20 psi I have a new sachs clutch in the car (stock replacement) and Im not to impresed with it, witch was to be expected. I'm looking for a clutch that is drivable. not to stiff ( I don't want to have to weld a plate on the fire wall so the cable wont pull threw ) but I need it to hold. What are you guys using? what have you had luck with and what would'ent you touch with a ten foot pole? Ive looked into Clutch Net, They have a few options and I know that some of you have had experince with there products. Just looking for a heads up. Thanks

Definately want to check out O'Reilly. They'll hook a brotha up.

New clutch and want to change? I had the clutchnet sprung hub kevlar clutch with my m46. Not bad.

so i imagine your current setup slips? or just more grip for the future is your goal?

i bought a 6-puck spung disc from clutchnet and used it with a stock 240 PP, grabs well and holds.

if you have a stock tranny i would reccommend going with a clutchnet kevlar lined disk and the "red" pressure plate. it'lll drive exactly like stock thus not breaking the transmission. and i had no problem holding all i could throw at it with a b230f+t so you should be good in the power department. it did, however, take a ridiculous amount of time to break in. like 2,000 miles. just my 2 cents.

I like the Clutchnet 4 pucks, either with stock pp or an uprated one. It'll hold a decent amount even with the stock pressure plate though. I have a Clutchnet 4 puck in my car now witha SPEC Stage 3 pressure plate. It's grabby but really isn't all that much stiffer than stock, I wish the pressure plate felt a little stiffer.
