Default Need help modifying

I have a 91 740 turbo stock engine but in good shape, i'm looking for about 250-300whp my questions are ;

I have SVO mustang brown top 400CC , are they enought ? if no, how much power can they handle ?

How long my block will stand that power safely (daily driver, summer only)

Is a 3inches exhaust ok ?

What about the stock MAF, is he able to stand 300whp if no, what do I need ? and can I use the stock I/C since its a good size or its recommended to change it ?

Last question ; Do I need an engine maganement like MS or the stock ecu will work ?

thx a lot !
