Default More power from LH 2.2. Jetronic??

Hello....

I want to get more power out of my LH 2.2. Jetronic fuel management system. I have a Volvo 760 TIC with a B230FT engine.

Hard to come by in Sweden, at least as far as I know. So I am hoping for some honest and good recommendations.

Have a nice day ....

Sincerely

Best bang for the buck out there. I have had mine for almost a year with no issues. I have the same engine management as yours along with the same EZK ignition.

Or thelostartof's chips. Chips and bigger injectors are probably the first things to do for more power.

I would go with 3" exhaust from the trubo back, A good performace cam, bigger injectors and a better intercooler. See where that puts you. then move on to chips, porting the head and manifolds and getting a better turbo that can run 15+ psi efficiently. Sky is the limit

While I agree that those are worthwhile mods the efforts and cost for a slightly bigger exhaust, I/C and turbo vs a chip. I would think a chip and e-fan would be better for dollar of Kroner spent.

Are the chips better than Megasquirt? Are they tunable? By tunable I mean that you can tune the fuel delivery and the spark advance curve.

your average person cannot re-write the chips, so far we've seen how many people here that can ??

2 ??

ms can be installed and tweaked by a monkey with a PC or laptop...tuning it will take a little bit more work

a chip you can install and have the car up and running it what, an hour?? and you should feel comfortable driving across the country right afterwards...

with MS you might not be willing to around your block for months until you have spent hours and hours playing it...
