REX flexplate is funny, it's a dual 18-2 pattern (or something like that). If you want to run wasted spark/lh 2.4 you'll need to swap to a 2.4 flexplate. Doesn't matter since the AW70 won't take the abuse very well; you might as well **** can it while you're in there.

pick a goal first.
examples: a)You want to tear derricks' face off and then hand it back to him at the end of the track. Way forward: skip this 8v bull**** and move straight to the big guns. More money up front but you won't be cycling through setups on the way there. b)you want to walk in derrick's foot steps. Way forward: dupe his setup. |

get it running, make it cheap as possible, enjoy the car. collect money, figure out what you want, collect parts. go big
two steps, if you're not completely happy with the car, it'll be motivation to get it right next time. and having the car sit for any longer might cause lost interest |

240s would be alright, but i dont sit comfortably in them. and my biggest gripe (and the dealbreaker as to why i will not have one) is the fact that there is no ledge to rest your arm on the top of the door panel.

I did some serious thinking the past few days. i was hoping that me getting rid of the mustang will free up enough money to be able to blow more on the volvo.. while I am saving money, i still can't help but feeling like i'm wasting my money on this car. i wont be able to do anything on it in the next 2-3 years.. even if i put just 50 dollars a month toward the volvo, thats still $50 that I could be saving instead.
