okay cool. is there any quick way to confirm that the rms is leaking bad? also by dizzy do you mean distributor cap? if so just get a new distributor gasket/seal?

It could also easily be the oil cooler to block seal. Those are notorious for leaking. It is an o-ring as well. If you want to know whether your rear main seal is leaking, pull the transmission/block support bracket. That large aluminum casting that bolts to the bottom of the engine block and the bell housing of the transmission. If the rear main seal is leaking, you will see oil all over the flex plate/flywheel and on the back of the block. If you don't see signs of leakage there, it is probably the oil cooler that is leaking. When those leak, the oil runs down the side of the block, then, along the pan to block intersection until it drops off at the back of the block on to the trans support bracket and onto the transmission pan etc. Also, the distributor seals are known for leaking as stated above.
