MS2 Not synced but car is running!?!

Car is running fine but TunerStudio shows "not synced"! What could it be?.. I did get a sync lost reason 17 in my last Datalog after a got a loud backfire while accelerating under full boost (23 PSI) in third gear. I searched on msextra.com but couldn't find a good answer since all I found was related to MS3.
 
Have you updated firmware lately? You have to right click on the dashboard and save it then reload it. It's in the firmware notes

I read about that one but I thought it was only related to the MS3 firmware! I'll try that tomorrow! Thanks!
