More capitalization and punctualization will go a long way brother. This is the best all-around resource for what you want. http://www.mcbrooms.com/volvo/fast700.htm Do a tune-up if needed, the rad. and injectors should be fresh like you said, that's good. Before raising the boost, slap on a cone filter, check the compression and turbo, fresh oil, and all the basic systems should be in order. Plan on running premium gas if you want 16-18psi, though 14-15 is probably as far as the stock injectors/fuel pumps will take you. A better/bigger exhaust would be nice, but not necessary. Then get a boost gauge before you proceed. Good luck

copy my sig under "old and ugly." but all that was really neccissary for 16 psi was brown top injectors and colder spark plugs. everything else just made the car faster... ha

http://forums.turbobricks.com/showth...ight=browntops. LH2.4 will adjust for the increased fuel flow. The guages you listed are good for monitoring and making sure you don't overboost - exhaust will really liven things up in fact you'll find you have more boost with the new exhaust without doing anything. Next upgrade is different turbo - See guidom on this board he sells 15gs already modified to drop right in. Have fun - go to the track and get some times posted. Renny
