Default what noise does a broken strut mount make...

A couple months after installing B+G springs and bilstein TC's in my car, the front end started to squeak. Not a high pitched squeak, but like a groany squeak when I go over speed bumps at any speed.
I'm going to hav the control arm bushings replaced soon, but I wonder if I should go ahead and have the strut mounts done too. Do broken strut mounts groan? And how much should I expect to pay for labor for having the strut mounts/control arm bushings done?
