Not the hollywood type, the silicone hoses that are on turbo intercooler piping?
Getting close to getting mine ready for the new motor, and I finished bead-blasting everything today, but I'm curious how to clean the hoses. Soap and water? I'm guessing using carb cleaner on them would be far from the best thing for them. Doug

Dawn Dish Soap. Super gentle and effective enough at removing oil that they used it to clean up the wildlife after the Exxon Valdez spill. I don't know what else will work but I know that will. I use it all the time when the parts are off my car and I can use lots and lots of water. Good stuff. I also wash myself with it. I have a bottle under the kitchen sink, a small one at the bathroom sink and one in the shower for those times when I come back into the house and I've got nasty stuff from my fingertips to my armpits.
