6/14-15/03-Battle of The Imports-Virginia Motorsports Park

I thought this event would be a good chance for some of us central/southern virginian brickers to meet up.

I want to get a BIG group of Volvos.

:eek: 8-)

No exact times or charges for the event have been announced on the website, so I will update this post as I get more info.

This 1/4 mile track is located in Dinwiddie, VA.

Here are some directions if you are coming from the South (Va Beach):
Take 264 to 64 towards Chesapeake/Suffolk
Take exit 13A towards Suffolk
Then take exit 460 towards Petersburg (You will then be driving on this road for a long time, about 50-60 miles)
Take a left on Courthouse Rd(Towards the N95 towards Petersburg/Richmond)
After you take this onramp, take exit 51 towards Durham/ Blackstone
Then take exit 63A(You will see a sign for the track)
Go down the road (route 1) for about a mile or so and you will see the VMP entrance on your right.

My friends car club will be going and they might get a hotel room. If they do and I can go both days, I will stay with them.

when we find out who and how many people are coming we should plan to meet somewhere before we go to VMP so that we can roll into the place all together.

Alright, just posted directions if you are coming from the beach. Perhaps someone could help me out with directions coming from the North?

I'm not sure about meeting somewhere first. I would like to but I don't know if everyone would be able to time it perfectly to get to the meet.

For coming from the North I'd think all they need is directions from richmond and can find their own way to richmond

Hey everybody, I posted the page to the BOTI site that will give you all of the necessary info. It doesn't sound like they will be having any test and tune going on though. But there is a bikini show :eek:

It appears that this year BOTI will only be one day, June 14. Is anyone still interested in going to this?
