Having had a T25 equipped '91 B230FT 745, I can say that there is no such thing as a "T25 Manifold." The T25 that came on the volvo has the same bolt pattern as the Mitsu 13/15 types, which is also the same as the T3. There was only one manifold for 90+, just two different turbos. Of course, the Volvo manifold has that funky "lip" or "mount" that goes around the mouth of the flange. So, depending on why you are asking, a standard JDM-type T25/T28 off a Nissan will NOT bolt on, the flanges are smaller. Let me know if you have any questions.

Default t25

apparantly, the 90+ manifold will fit any redblock, (ie. your b21)

but now i learn the b21 will not run a t25 as it has no oil feed or return and the t25 need these.

haha suterman sent me here to explain this....

you'll to make up an oil feed pipe. best place to attach this to the block is the plug at the end of the oil gallery ( i think it's 1.4"npt) and you'll need to have a stainless braided hose with the correct fittings for hte block and turbo made to fit. for return you can ether drill through the block and thread it for a fitting of your choice (i think folk are using about 3/4") then run some flexible hose upto a shortened stock turbo drain pipe or weld a fitting to the top of the sump and run up to a shortened pipe the same as the block fitting.

you need the turbine housing for teh t35 ro an exhaust manifold that fits the t25.

any 90 plus manifold will fit the t25 turbo as thats what it came on. there is no difference from the 13c and t25 exhaust manifold.

Actually I'm still in the CG, but I got out of Officer Candidate School about 6 mos ago. I'm stationed in Key West aboard the mighty Cutter Mohawk. We're somewhere in the Caribbean right now terrorizing drug-smuggling "go-fasts." It's great to see their reaction on camera when their outboards disentegrate into bits of metal after a direct hit from a .50 cal rifle =o)

Anyway, I don't really have storage for a project car, but then again, that's never really stopped me b/f. I think I may do the 960 thing, figure out a way to go manual and follow in your footsteps Chris. Of course, I'm sure Towery would get all excited if I came over to the dark side and found a 242 or 245 to play with =o) We'll see. If y'all come across any $500-1000 solid bodies, let me know!

Helllllllllooooooooo project car. Get a decent '90+ LH2.4 240 and add a turbo. Plug 'n play turbo computers, big rods, cheap & easy. Unless you want 400hp from a delicate, temperamental I6...

hey, I love my I6 like it was my child. Though the more and more I think about it the more I just want to buy a 700 turbo and get it over with.

then there is the $1000 1993 940 turbo wagon I found if you're interested, it's in a great color and I'd love to see it go to someone here. That car already has a turbo, but also has LH2.4, big rods, AND squirters. All it needs is a real turbo and a t5/getrag and you could have yourself one hell of a car. Charcoal gray 940's look hot as hell...
